What Xavria stores, in short

• Your account: your name, your email address and your password, stored as a one-way hash (never the password itself).
• Your business: what you give your agent to learn from (your website's pages, text you paste, files you upload) and the facts it writes down from them.
• Your customers' conversations: the messages your customers send through your Facebook Page and the replies, the name Messenger shares, the answers they give to your qualifying questions, and calls booked. If lead memory is on, the agent also keeps short notes about each lead; you can turn it off or have it forget a lead.
• Connections: the keys to your Facebook Page, ManyChat and calendar, encrypted.
• Payments: handled by Creem, our payment partner. Xavria does not store card numbers.

Trying it without an account

When you try Xavria on the home page, what you give it (your website's pages, your description, documents) and your chat with the agent are kept for 7 days, in a workspace only your browser can open, and then deleted with everything in it. If you sign up and keep it, it becomes your workspace. Before anything is read, Cloudflare checks that you are a person (Turnstile); its check runs only when you press "Build my agent".

Who else sees it

To write each reply, the conversation and the business information it needs are sent to the AI service that runs the agent. Alerts go by email, and by Telegram if you connect it. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Cookies and counting

The dashboard uses one cookie to keep you signed in, and a second that only says someone is signed in on this browser, so this website can offer "Go to your dashboard". This website sets no cookies of its own until you try the demo (then one, so your browser can find your demo again), and uses no third-party trackers. It counts visits and presses of its two main buttons as plain daily numbers, without storing who you are.
